Personal Auto, Commercial Property, Commercial Casualty and Agency Operations. These five one-day courses cover all phases of the customer service representative's daily work. Each course is followed by an optional one-hour examination. To achieve the CISR designation, individuals must successfully complete the entire series of CISR examinations within three calendar years after passing the first examination.
